Waterfront pool and lounge

Boasting a view across the ocean towards Rottnest, our stunning Ocean Front lounge is the perfect location for gathering with friends or enjoying a solo wine.

The pool is heated and features poolside lounges and garden surrounds.

The Ocean Front lounge includes dining, informal seating and a bar to enjoy drinks with friends and family. Enjoy a book in the sun or partake in one of our social programs.  It’s entirely up to you!

Resident lounge

Our cosy resident lounge has been designed as the perfect getaway for residents. Featuring a large format TV (perfect for the big game), library, hobby section, dining amenities, and alfresco, the lounge offers you and your guests an alternate space to enjoy.

Heritage lounge, dining and activity

You will be able to enjoy the beautifully restored Heritage Collective buildings.  With spaces available for hire by residents and the wider community, your events will be the envy of your friends!

Community spaces include a club lounge, arts and maker space, and a small theatre – all providing opportunites for fun and interaction with new friends and family.

Heritage gardens

Waterfront Cottesloe is located adjacent to expansive heritage gardens that include areas to picnic, a nature playscape, gazebo, (the summer house) and lookout. The gardens feature a heritage walk where you, your guests, and the wider community can learn more about the history of the community. It is an ideal spot for the grandchildren to explore or to walk the dog.

Community garden

Residents with an interest in gardening are encouraged to contribute to the village gardens. A community garden, comprising both seasonal gardens vegetable patch.  With support from our in-house gardener, you will benefit from the fruits of your labour with seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Hair and beauty salon

A dedicated on-site hair and beauty salon is available for residents who are looking for hairdressing and beauty services.

Health precinct

With an onsite medical centre and availability of nurses 24-hours a day, Waterfront Cottesloe can meet the health needs of residents, both now and into the future.

Café

The restaurant to be known as ‘Gibney’, owned and operated by the Kailis Hospitality Group, will open in 2024.  Offering a well-thought-out high-end selection of meals and beverages, the restaurant is set to be a popular venue for residents and members of the wider Cottesloe community.

Arts maker space

The arts maker space along with the Linton and Kay gallery fronting Marine Parade, will be a hub for the artistic community at Waterfront Cottesloe. Participants will engage in creative pursuits from dedicated arts spaces.

Residents can learn from and work alongside visiting artists-in-residence. Artists will also have the opportunity to display their works to family, friends, and the broader community.

Theatre

Our own in-house “gold class” theatre allows residents to watch movies and major sporting events on the big screen. With a beautifully furnished lobby, the theatre hosts regular movie screenings held as part of our social calendar.  You are welcome to hire the theatre privately to enjoy with family and friends.

The space will also host guest speakers and education sessions for our immediate and broader community.

Gym and yoga room

A fully equipped gym is available to you, allowing you to maintain health and fitness in the comfort of familiar surroundings.  You have the choice of undertaking self-directed exercise or benefiting from the expertise of a personal trainer.

The Yoga room will host a variety of small classes, designed to cater for all fitness levels.   Participants can pay to attend classes led by an experienced, qualified instructor.
