Social, entertainment and activity program

You have the option of enjoying an active social, entertainment, and activity program. Join friends for a drink around the pool, or a sunset drink in the Ocean Front lounge. Enjoy a meal with family in one of our resident entertainment areas or the beachside restaurant (opening 2024).

Private dining and in-home catering

Waterfront Cottesloe offers a range of catering and dining options for residents.

Entertain family and friends in your home, or one of the multiple communal entertainment areas, with a range of dining and food service options. We can coordinate and cater your parties or private events and assist with bar service and cleaning for your event.

We are also on hand to provide meals to you in your own home that have been cooked in-house by our chefs. You have the option of choosing from a daily menu or selecting from a range of our staple fresh-chilled meal options.

 

Housekeeping and cleaning services

All external areas of the village will be maintained by our housekeeping team as part of the operation of Waterfront Cottesloe.

Our in-house housekeeping team are also available to assist residents with any domestic, cleaning and laundry chores as required. We can help clean your home on a regular basis or assist with spring cleaning.

We have a laundry located onsite and our housekeepers area available to assist with personal washing and linen changes, either using your in-home washing machines or our laundry.

Personal care services

We offer a range of personal and clinical care services to ensure you can maximise your independence in your own home. Nurses and care staff are located onsite and are available to Waterfront Cottesloe residents. We can assist with hygiene, domestic chores, medication management and complex nursing tasks as you require them.

Personal care and clinical services are available on a fee-for-service basis or via a Government-subsidised care package.

Health services

Our community design includes amenity for an on-site medical centre that residents will be able to access.

We have an onsite team of health professionals, include medical and nurse practitioners, physiotherapists, occupational therapist and podiatrist to assist residents. These services are in some cases funded through Medicare or a care package but can also be offered on a fee-for-service basis.

We have a relationship with a local pharmacist who can coordinate medication needs and deliver medications on a regular basis.

Maintenance and gardening services

We have onsite qualified maintenance and gardening staff who will maintain external gardens, buildings and services as part of the ongoing management charge.

Our maintenance and gardening team are also available to assist your individual maintenance and gardening needs from changing a lightbulb, assisting with furniture removal, and maintaining your personal appliances. (Fees apply)

Concierge and personal shopping

Our team are available to assist you with just about anything, ensuring residents are comfortable.

Our team will be on hand to assist with your grocery, pharmacy and general shopping needs. We can help you with online orders, delivery of groceries to your home or run errands on your behalf.

We also have a village van that is used for regular shopping outings and personal shopping visits.

Pets welcome!

We recognise that pets are an important part of life and are available to assist in ensuring your pet enjoys their new home as much as you do. Waterfront Cottesloe is a haven for pets, being located alongside expansive heritage gardens¹ and immediately adjacent to the Cottesloe dog beach.

¹Some amenities and services are planned in later stages of the development and are not guaranteed.
Entertainment package

Residents can benefit from an optional range of discounted entertainment and communication services, including high speed internet, streaming TV services and phone services.

Security and emergency services

Safety and security are paramount, and the most advanced security systems are available to residents.  The village is fitted with perimeter security and camera systems. Residents will also have the option of having security systems installed in their own homes.

All homes are fitted with fire and smoke detection systems and a fire sprinkler system that will ensure the safety of residents in the event of a fire. This is a unique feature of the development and ensures greater security than traditional residential and apartment-style buildings.
