Doctors, Nurse Practitioners & Appointments
We have visiting medical practitioners who may be available to see you in the clinic located in Marine Views Cottesloe, or to visit you in your home.
Whilst we maintain collaborative relationships with all health professionals, medical practitioners are not employed by Curtin Heritage Living and we have limited capacity to influence a medical practitioner’s routine or treatment recommendations.
We can liaise with your general practitioner to book appointments and communicate change. We are also able to assist you to liaise with specialist doctors. We may also be able to arrange for someone to attend appointments with you if required.
Hospital Transfers
There are times when your health may require treatments away from the home.
It is important that you let us know if you have nay health issues by completing the Resident Details Form and staying in touch with us. This will assist us in determining the best course of action if you are unwell.
If we suspect you are unwell, we will chat to you or your nominated representative about it to see if we can help. In an emergency, we will always call an ambulance to provide urgent care.
